What can be accomplished during a VIP Design Day?

Before your VIP Design Day, we’ll work together to determine a prioritized list of tasks that can be realistically completed within 8 hours. Whether it’s one big project or a series of smaller tasks, you can walk away with results that exceed your expectations.

Here's what we can tackle in a day:

Fill out our inquiry form, and we’ll set up a quick call to see if we’re a good fit and discuss your goals for the design day.

Book your day

Once you’re booked, we’ll gather all the preliminary information from you 1 week before our scheduled date, ensuring we’re ready to hit the ground running.

Please note that we only book 2 VIP days a month.

03/

Design Day

During the VIP Design Day, we’ll efficiently tackle your predetermined list of tasks, with quick back-and-forth feedback from you to make sure everything is just right.

First things first, fill out the application to get your name on my list! From there, we will send you a Calendly link to choose your “Kick-off” week.

Once your Kick-off Week is set, we’ll send over the contract and some client homework. It’s all part of the fun, we promise!

Remember, if you opt for our payment plan, you’ll receive an invoice for your first installment. Act fast – deposits are due within 48 hours of contract delivery – or you could lose your spot.

We require you to send the completed website questionnaire on Thursday before’ Kick-off Week’. It’s also time to send over creative elements like branding, imagery and copy. It’s getting EXCITING! 

We have different options if you need branding, imagery or website copy. Our in-house content + copy team will need a minimum of 3 weeks’ notice, and we will need a 4 weeks’ notice for branding so we can schedule this before the Work Week Website Intensive. So please plan ahead.

Welcome to Day One of our Work-Week Website Intensive!

We’ll kick things off with a one-hour call at 9:00 am to review all the goodies (questionnaires, creative assets, copy) and ensure you’re empowered + excited to start the ‘Work Week.’

We will send you a detailed project schedule for the week so that we are aligned and available for the needed touchpoint meetings.

We’ll have touchpoint meetings throughout the week to discuss different parts of your website and creative. These meetings will require you to be available for 30 minutes at 3:00 PM daily. Your excitement fuels our fire – and we want to ensure you are just as excited as we are when you see the final product!

YAY!! It’s launch day, baby! At the end of day 5, we will have a 15-minute walk-through of the final product and transfer all website keys + domain (if needed).
